He was born in Wichita, KS to John and Lee Ryan who preceded him in death as well as his son, Gregory.
He leaves behind his wife, Connie of 49 years and his son, Sean.
He attended Jesuit College Preparatory School and Sul Ross University. He then had a career in teaching and coaching before entering the gift sales business for the next thirty years.
Jerry was an avid golfer, a Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan and faithfully followed the Jesuit Rangers.
