I was a year behind Jay in the class of 1980 at Bryan Adams.  He would talk with me and was always nice to me.  I have his autographs and messages to me in my B.A. yearbooks.  I was sorry to hear of his passing and when it is my time to leave this world I look forward to seeing Jay again.  Until we meet again,   Carol Phillips Lewis.

I knew Jay from age 9 or 10. We lost contact, but the day I walked into his hospital room and he called me by my childhood name he had for me, it was like we had talked everyday of our lives. He was the most positive person I have ever known in my life. As a friend I love you Jay and will miss you until we meet again.
