During this Christmas could not help but remember you..how we used to go to Christmas late services @ brother Llamas church who married us.  Rest in peace.

Missing you today, John. Elena, Richard and I talk about you all the time.  Dreamt you this week; you were w/Nancy living in a small house.  I was going to ask you and Nancy to move in w/me.  Then I woke up.  Thanks for all the good times.

Missing you lately so much; you left so suddenly John.  We never said our goodbyes.  I could not go and tell you goodbye at the funeral home nor at the gravesite.  You were doing so well..we just never know, do we..

Miss our calls so much, John.  I keep dreaming you by my side; your presence is always there.  May you rest in peace; I am okay but it's hard not to talk to you..that is all we had at the end but it was so meaningful. 
As you used to say, 'you pulled a fast one on me.'

Can't get used to you being gone, John.  I feel so empty not being able to talk to you at all.  I know you are in a better place; but I miss the fact that we did not say our final goodbyes. It just seems so unfair; feel robbed of not seeing you and worse yet..not saying 'hasta luego.'  Have not let you go completely.

Every day I remember you.  Every day I want to pick up that phone and call you.  Every day you are in my thoughts and often you are in my dreams..just standing there..reassuring me that you are still with me.  Time stands still; and I trust and believe God will heal me someday but in the meantime you are still with me.  I still cannot tell you goodbye, John;  I am not there yet.  I need to let you go; God help me be able to let you rest in peace.  So many memories that still linger in my mind esp. the ministry we shared together.  Thank you for ALL.

You are always on my mind.  I cannot pick up the phone and call you anymore.  The hardest thing for me to accept is the manner that you left to be with Him..so unexpectedly.  It's like the song I know that says 'en un abrir y cerrar de ojos (in the twinkle of an eye)  you left.  We did not say our last farewell; only God can heal my heart.  Still missing you so much, John; still missing you so very much.  Distance never kept us apart; heaven did.

Have been having such a difficult time these past few days remembering you, John.  It is so difficult to know that I can no longer reach out to you and talk to you.  You are still buried too deep in my heart.  Thank you for all you gave me of your personhood.  Wanting to heal so I can be free of pain and tears.  No one will ever know how much I loved you.

Daily, daily I remember you, John. I miss you so.

Visited an elderly lady in one of the local nursing home; and you came to my mind, John.  Your memory is forever etched in my mind.

John, youi left a big void in my heart.  It is hard to accept that I will no longer talk to you.  I have not released you yet; you left so suddenly without any notice.  I miss your famous greeting, "Sweetheart, I was just thinking about you and wondering when you would call."  Well, now I can't call because I know you will not answer.  Don't know when I can say a 'final' goodbye.  Missing you daily.  Alicia....forever yours,

Missing you, John.  Miss our phone calls and our sharing, prayers, and songs.  I keep dreaming you; you left so suddenly without any notice..without a 'goodbye.'

Last night we begin a Bible study  in my home.  I played your tape where you were singing.  We all delighted in listening to your booming voice shouting out to the Lord. My sincerest condolences to his children and my Morales aunts and uncles....Tio John was always so kind to me whenever I would see him at my grandparents house. He would spread the word of Jesus to me and tell me stories of my father Roy.  Love you and Thank you for all that you shared with me!

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Juanio. I am so glad that he was a crusader for the Lord. My memories of him make me smile because he was so serious and funny at the same time. My prayer for the family is that the Lord will give you peace and calm in this sad hour.

Sorry for your loss. He was a crazy & very blunt person. I will never forget one night he was preaching when my kids were small he pointed his finger at the whole congregation & with a stern voice said listen up little kids " ...let me tell you something, there is NOOOOOOOO Easter Bunny"! Oh my God, half of the kids were crying & the other half were just in shock. I told him after the service, "primo are you crazy? You scared all the little kids, te salas! I'll  never forget that, til this day, it just makes me laugh!! We are surely gonna miss him, but he's in a good place now.

One of John's favorite verses.  My condolences to the Morales family and friends.  On Wed. John and I shared prayers of concern and sang two of his favorite coritos.  I will miss John and our conversations of prayers and concerns.  We always shared the Word of God; always the meat of our conversations.  John, hasta luego; despues nos veremos en el cielo.
