December 20, 2001 - October 16, 2025
John Philip Rochon, III, a beacon of kindness and resilience, passed away unexpectedly at home of natural causes at the age of 23. Born on December 20, 2001 in Dallas, Texas, John left this world far too soon on October 16, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of gentle strength and unwavering determination.
John attended the Episcopal School of Dallas. He attended Southern Methodist University and was on the Dean’s List at the University of Texas. John worked as a financial analyst at M42.
From his earliest days, John embodied a rare blend of compassion and fortitude. He navigated life's challenges with grace, overcoming obstacles that would have deterred many, emerging stronger and more empathetic each time.
His gentle nature touched everyone he met, whether through a warm smile, a listening ear, or an act of quiet generosity and kindness. Successful in his pursuits, John excelled in academics, where his innovative spirit and dedication shone brightly. Those who knew him often remarked on his inner and outer beauty—a young man whose presence lit up rooms and inspired others to dream big and care big.
John had a brilliant future ahead, filled with promise and potential. He was passionate about caring for others less fortunate, and his enthusiasm was infectious. Though his time with us was very brief, the impact he made will endure eternally in the hearts of his loved ones.
He is survived by his devoted parents, John Rochon, Jr. and Rebecca (Bach) Rochon, siblings, Ben and Caroline, grandparents John Rochon, Sr., Gene and Glennda Bach of New Orleans, Louisiana and a wide circle of friends who cherished him deeply. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Donna J. Rochon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
John taught us all to face life’s trials with kindness and to embrace life's beauty. He will be profoundly missed, but his spirit lives on in the many lives he touched. Our love for John is limitless, and we will keep his memory alive forever. We will love you John, always and forever. Until we meet again. Rest in peace, our precious John John.
