John Taylor passed away suddenly of natural causes on July 25th at his home in Dallas. He was born April 17, 1930. He spent his career in Marketing and Advertising and at his death, was active as Vice President of Donald J. Embree Antiques. John was a renaissance man, who enjoyed creating beautiful art, making wonderful friendships and endeavored to make people happy. He was preceded in death by his mother and step father, Dr. & Mrs. Woodrow Taylor, and his long time companion of 43 years, Donald J. Embree. He is survived by a half brother and sister in law, Mr. & Mrs. Woodrow Taylor, Jr. and his many loyal friends who loved his kind heart & spirit. He will be missed much and spoken of often.
