Jose Marcos Cantu

Jose Marcos Cantu, age 51, passed away on April 8th, 2021 in Bedford, Texas. He was born on November 25, 1969 in Laredo, Mexico to Marcos Cantu and Guillermina Martinez. Jose was raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Skyline High School.

He was a Texas State Social Worker at Dept. of Human Heath Services where he worked for more than 20 years.

In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His family and friends will always remember him as a spiritual man and loving brother.

Proceeded in death by: father, Marcos Cantu; mother, Guillermina Martinez De La Rosa; grandmother, Maria Ramos; uncle, Jose Juan Ramos; niece, Krystal Limones

Survived by: two sisters, Mayte Cantu and Chayra De La Rosa; four brothers, Juan Cantu, Martin Santillan, Pedro Martinez and Luis De la Rosa; as well as several nieces and nephews
