Julia G Menjarez

Julia was born on 7/17/1928 in St James, LA to Frank and Patricia Garcia and was raised in Dallas, TX.

Julia married Jose P Menjarez Sr on 12/30/1948. They then had 4 children, daughters Adeliada (Lala) and Carolina, sons Jose Jr and Michael.

Julia and Jose were happily married for 64 years until his death in 2014. Julia is preceded in death by her husband Jose P Menjarez Sr and son Michael Menjarez. Julia is survived by children Adeliada Kelly, Carolina Menjarez Lopez, Jose P Menjarez Jr and son- in-law Stewart Kelly, daughter in law Helen Menjarez. Also survived by 1 sister, Martina Jimenez, 1 brother, Pete Garcia, 7 precious grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren which were her pride and joy and many niece's and nephew's.

Interment will be held tomorrow morning at 9am at DFW National Cemetery - 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas TX.

In accordance with local, state, and federal government, including CDC directives, we ask everyone attending funeral services to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
