Julio Rafael Perez was born in Dallas Texas on August 06, 1973, Preceded in death by Mother Brigida G Perez, Father Manuel C Perez, sister Rosa M Perez, and mother-in-law Marcelina Rosas. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Connie R. Perez, daughter Danielle R. Perez, and son Emilio R. Perez, alongside brother Juan Perez, Miguel Perez, Victor Perez, sisters Maria Perez, Elsa Perez, Guadalupe Perez, Matiana Perez, father in law Jose Rosas, Brother-in-law Jose Rosas Jr.,sister-in-laws Kelly Chambers, Sue Perez, and Marivel Rosas, and numerous nephews and nieces who will forever hold him in our hearts. Julio is a bright soul with a bright smile that could light up the world. From the constant jokes to the endless laughter, he made anyone feel just as bright as him. He defended and argued just to see how far he could go and push buttons you did not even know you had. He was filled with faith that never faltered and strength that never left. His love was endless with jokes and songs and little tests to see if you were paying attention to his words and food (his food is amazing). His laugh is one of a kind just like him, with motivation with every word and a lesson at the end. He showed us songs from when he was younger and would tell us where he was when the song turned on the first time he heard it or what concert he was at. He paid attention to detail so much he could tell you where he fell in love with my mom. From the beginning to the end he made silly jokes, even when he shouldn’t have because we could have ended up in jail. His favorite memories were when his daughter Danielle Raizel Perez was born, my favorite memory of him was when I would ask him to sleep with me and he would lay on the floor and hold my hand all through the night. His other favorite memory was when his son Emilio Rafael Perez was born that was being taken out by a plunger, Emilio’s favorite memory was when he and dad would play with the football and play catch. But the biggest and favorite memories he had is when my mom picked up the phone and just talked, or even bigger when his wife smiled at him and laughed. Moms' favorite memory was when my dad set up a dinner during Valentine’s Day, dad bought Chinese food (chicken lo-main) and had a candle lit dinner with a small, short table, cushions on the floor, with flowers in their bedroom. The love they had was unbreakable even when they argued they were each other’s soulmate and missing rib. He loved and forgave everyone no matter how much you hurt him; he would have took a bullet for you. He was loved by everyone he talked to and everyone he saw. He worked hard and fought till the end. He loved us so much it hurt all of us when God called him home. He is looking down from heaven because his love and faith and gratitude was bigger than the universe. Julio Rafael Perez passed away as a Man of God and strong man and will be in our hearts, thought, and memories forever.
