Ken is survived by wife, Suzy, daughter Emily and her husband Dave Howard, and his favorite grandson, Liam. Other family includes his siblings, David Brack and Nancy Leming, cousins Ronnie and Jimmy Ross and their families, Helena Brack, Jennifer and Wayne Espinola, Kevin and Tala Brack and their children, Johnathon and Kate Leming and their children, and Marcus and Lena Leming.
Ken's work life included helping get KERA-FM on the air as an audio engineer while still an undergrad at SMU, and then many years at commercial production houses. He then pivoted to computers and served as IT manager for the Park and Recreation Dept. for the City of Dallas, where he was proud to have created a network connecting all park facilities.
Memorials may be made to KERA-FM, or your local PBS station, or to Cornell University's Ornithology Lab, specifically the Merlin app, which identifies birds through photos or sounds.
Graveside service on Sunday, February 15, 11:30 am, Sparkman Hillcrest, 7504 West Northwest Highway, Dallas. Hawaiian shirts are encouraged. Lunch following for all at Maggiano's NorthPark.
