Lavonne was preceded in death by her husband, K. Lee Ellsworth; son, Danny Ray Ellsworth; and her brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her sons, K. Lynn Ellsworth and wife Elizabeth, and Larry Ronald Ellsworth and wife Deborah; grandchildren, Cassandra Ann Ellsworth, Cheryl Christine Jahani, Gina Camille Asadi, Derek Sean Ellsworth, Jennifer Perez, Robert Lee Ellsworth, Danielle Ellsworth Borton, Nannette Wint Kitchens, and Kim Ellsworth; numerous great-grandchildren; and she is very blessed with many great-great-grandchildren; and many extended family members.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Grove Hill Funeral Home, and will be followed by Interment at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
