Leandro Garcia

Leandro Garcia, 91, passed away December 2, 2020 in Dallas, Texas. He was born February 27, 1929 in San Luis Potosi Mexico to Dolores Garcia and Heziquia. Leandro was raised in Villa de Zargoza in San Luis Potosi.

He married Ramona Espinoza de Garcia in 1950 and the couple had ten children. He worked as a landscaper for more than ten years. In his spare time, Leandro enjoyed riding bikes, watching baseball games, soccer games, and boxing matches. He also enjoyed traveling to Mexico each year for the holidays. His family will remember him as a great man who helped those in need. He was a loving grandfather and very playful. He will be greatly missed by those who loved him.

He is preceded in death by his wife. Ramona Garcia and his grandson, Leonardo Huerta. Mr. Garcia is survived by his children, Juana De La Cruz Garcia, Jose Carmen Garcia, Evangelina Mojica, Francisco Garcia, Hector Garcia, Leticia Garcia Evo, Maria Raquel Garcia, Maria Diana Huerta, Gabriel Garcia, Sandra Patricia Garcia; grandchildren, Alejandro Garcia, Leonardo Huerta, Maria Del Rocio Garcia, Janet Garcia, Juan Barroquin, Esaul Barroquin, Bryan Garcia, Yoana Mojica, Jessica Garcia, Andrew Evo, Manuel Garcia, Francisco Garcia, Lupita Garcia, Hexiquio Aguilera, Leonardo Vazquez, McKenzie Zaragoza, Audrey Zaragoza along with thirteen great-grandchildren.

nacio el 27 de Febrero de 1929 en San Luis Potosi Mexico. sus padres fueron la Sra. Heziquia Cardenas y el Sr. Dolores Garcia. contrajo nupcias con la Sra. Ramona Espinoza de Garcia en 1950. y fueron padres de 10 hijos. trabajo como jardinero por mas de una decada, en sus tiempos libres gustaba de montar bicicleta, ver juegos de beisbol, futbol y peleas de boxeo.

ademas disfrutaba de viajar para los feriados a Mexico. su familia lo recuerda como un gran hombre que ayudaba a quien lo necesitaba, fue un abuelito jugueton y tierno. y sera recordado por quienes tanto lo quisieron.

Le preceden en la muerte su esposa. Ramona Garcia y su nieto, Leonardo Huerta. y le sobreviven sus hijos. Juana De La Cruz Garcia, Jose Carmen Garcia, Evangelina Mojica, Francisco Garcia, Hector Garcia, Leticia Garcia Evo, Maria Raquel Garcia, Maria Diana Huerta, Gabriel Garcia, Sandra Patricia Garcia; sus nietos, Alejandro Garcia, Leonardo Huerta, Maria Del Rocio Garcia, Janet Garcia, Juan Barroquin, Esaul Barroquin, Bryan Garcia, Yoana Mojica, Jessica Garcia, Andrew Evo, Manuel Garcia, Francisco Garcia, Lupita Garcia, Hexiquio Aguilera, Leonardo Vazquez, McKenzie Zaragoza, Audret Zaragoza, asicomo 13 bisnietos.
