

Leticia Janet Mccullock entered this life on 12/9/1963 to the parentage of Bertha and Hector Chang She grew up partially in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Dallas, TX. *She* matriculated in the Dallas school system, obtaining her High School diploma from Skyline High School, multiple IT and medical certifications and fashion degree from Wade College.
As a young women she met and married Dannie Blanks. From this union Latasha And Dannielle Blanks were born. Her love for fashion and art drove her to pursue fashion school. She even started her own design label, “House of Lesand.” Due to her sickness she was always limited, but this never stopped her from trying to achieve her goals. She was a strong women, a true jack of all trades, a hustler, a survivor, a gardener, jewelry designer, clothing designer, artist, seamstress, medical assistant, and a fun free spirit that everyone loved to be around and laugh with.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Winston McCullock, two daughters Latasha and Dannielle Blanks, a step daughter Mycah McCullock, her beautiful mother Bertha Chang, her siblings Hector Chang and Merlin Villarreal as well as brother in law Miguel Villarreal, her cherished tia Alicia Ramirez, her nieces and nephews Isaiah Perez, Victoria and Analisa Villarreal, as well as many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
