Linda Diane Bryner, age 77, of The Colony, TX, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Bastrop, TX.
Linda was Dale's beloved wife of forty years; their devotion to each other inspired all who knew them. She raised two children, Lynn and Cynthia, and was a cherished grandmother to four grandchildren, Micah, Victor, Amber, and Heather, and many great-grandchildren who affectionately called her “Sweetie Pie.”
A woman of exceptional character and strength, Linda consistently put others before herself and had a unique ability to make everyone feel loved and welcomed. She was a comforter to many; her wisdom and thoughtful words always provided solace and guidance when needed most.
Throughout her life, Linda excelled at anything she set her mind to and was an exceptional quilter and painter. She generously shared quilts and paintings with many who knew her or knew of her.
Consistently described as “one-of-a-kind,” Linda embodied the role of the ultimate comforter to her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a pillar of strength and compassion in our lives.
Linda is survived by her husband, Dale; children, Lynn and Cynthia; grandchildren, Micah, Amber, Heather, and Victor; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bea and Gordon; sister, Genny; and twin brother, Lynn.
Instead of flowers, the family requests donations to the Lupus Research Alliance in Linda’s memory.
