From Lindsay's mom: My daughter Lindsay Rachel Behnen, 42, passed away earlier this week from an unexpected stroke. She lived in Texas and worked for Caterpillar as a Quality Engineer. I loved her so much, as did her fiancé Matt Olinik. Lindsay was loving, caring, and kind with a heart of gold. As a child, she was incredibly funny and brave. She would climb any tree and had a talent for carving pumpkins and cutting out snowflakes, and any art or craft project. She had a great work ethic and loved all animals, especially dogs and horses. Lindsay and I took care of each other through life’s struggles, and I will miss her more than I can say. I’m grateful for Mark, my brother Joe, and my dear friends who continue to be a source of strength. A service of remembrance will be held at a later date.
