Manuel Leon

Manuel was raised in Dallas, Texas where he graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 1976. Manuel proudly served in the United States Army where he was a SP4 Combat Engineer for 6 years. He married the love of his life, Rosario León in 2000, and the couple had two children. Manuel was a caterer at Dallas Athletic Club where he worked for more than 16 years.

In his spare time, Manuel enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, and decorating the house. He also loved to cook outside on the grill while listening to music. Manuel’s family and friends will always remember him as a happy person who enjoyed life and always helped others.

Manuel is preceded in death by his father Juan Leon; his mother Teresa Diaz; and his brother Juan León. He is survived by his wife Rosario León; his daughters, Alexandra and Andrea León; and his siblings, Jesus, Agustin, Isabel, Teresa, Maria Luisa, Luis, and Francisco.
