

Mary Ann grew up in Dallas, where she attended Woodrow Wilson High School before earning her degree from Southern Methodist University. She was a proud resident of Dallas throughout her life and was known for her independent spirit, determination, and passion for running.
An avid runner, she competed in numerous races over the years, inspiring those around her with her dedication and resilience. She built a fulfilling career working for many years in a podiatrist’s office, in a way supporting the very community she was most passionate about.
Mary Ann embraced life with enthusiasm and a deep appreciation for health and wellness. She found joy in community—races with fellow runners and lively conversations with friends. Her kindness, strength, and adventurous nature left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
In her final years, Mary Ann was blessed with the care and companionship of her devoted caregivers, whose kindness and compassion brought her comfort and peace. Their support ensured she was surrounded by warmth and dignity in her last days, and her loved ones are forever grateful.
Mary Ann built a rich and fulfilling life surrounded by close friends and a community who cherished her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
