Mary Josephine Blake passed away on Sunday and will be laid to rest on Friday 23 April at Little Bethel Memorial Park after touching many lives in her 91 years. A simple lady who worked every day to provide for and raise 3 children in the 60’s and 70’s, with the assistance of her parents, and always giving everything, she had to her family. Born in Cleburne, Texas and raised in Corsicana, but spending most of her life in the Dallas/Oak Cliff area. As a young woman, she was painted on several aircraft as nose art at the end of WWII and rode on motorcycles with her husband. She retired from Plastics Manufacturing Company in Oak Cliff after over 30 years. She was a devoted Christian who greeted and prayed with others at her senior citizen home and enjoyed activities with the other residents. She is reunited with her husband, daughters, grandchildren, and parents in Heaven. She will always be remembered and thought of by her son, 10 grandchildren, and 10 Great grandchildren.
