Mary Evelyn Fite

Mary Evelyn Fite, 88, of Dallas, Texas loving aunt was born, June 17, 1921 in Ennis, Texas and passed away on Monday, December 21, 2009 at Trinity Mission Care Center in Italy, Texas. Preceded in death by her parents, George and Della Fite, and her sister Frances Marriot. Ms. Fite is survived by her niece, Gina Dean and husband, Jerry . Nephew Bill Marriot and wife Susan. Great neices, Delanee Talley and husband, Ron. Gretchen Southard and husband, Glenn. Tammy Perry. Great Nephew Kevin Marriot and wife, Robyn. Great-great nieces and nephews include, Claire Talley, Erin Talley, Travis Southard, Kyle Southard, Abby Southard, Shelby Perry, Matt Perry, Cade Marriot, Levi Marriot and Gunner Marriot. Ms. Fite spent 33 years of service as a dental assistant in the Medical Arts Building, Dallas, Texas. She then was employed by DISD as a data entry clerk. She was an active member of Colonial Baptist Church for 48 years where she served as a Sunday School teacher and Nursery worker. She truly had a love for serving children. Visitation will be at Colonial Baptist Church at 1:00 pm before the service which will begin at 2:00pm Wednesday, December 23, at Colonial Baptist Church, 6459 Scyene Road, Dallas, Texas 75227. Burial to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park. Memorials can be made to the charity of your choice.
