She was a dedicated Christian and was a Dallas ISD teacher for over 30 years.
Mary will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, aunt and great-aunt. Her legacy of kindness and devotion to God and family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was a long-time member of the White Rock Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Richard Olliff; brother, Michael Moore; nephew David McPeek; nieces, Lana McFarland and Jennifer Follin; great-nephews, Christopher and James McFarland; and great-nieces, Melissa Nedelcut and Meredith Montgomery.
A funeral service for Mary will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A graveside service will occur Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Sunset Memorial Park, 305 W Harrison St, Gilmer, TX 75644.
