She is survived by her mother, Elvira Ortega Vega in Mexico; her children Jaime E. Apolinar, Nora B. Apolinar & Lydia B. Apolinar; and her siblings Ana Maria, Ignacio, Alma, Sandra, Martha, Carlos, Patricia, & Celina.
Nora Beatriz was born December 13th, 1962 in Monclova, Mexico. She was raised and went to school in Morelos, Coahuila. After marriage, she moved to Dallas, Texas. She was a housewife and loving mother. Her children remember her as nurturing, kind, motivating, encouraging, patient, virtuous woman.
She was a devoted Christian and spent her life serving our Lord, Jesus Christ. She was an active and dedicated member of Iglesia Luz y Vida in East Dallas.
