

A family gathering and inurnment ceremony was held at 1:30 pm, Saturday, January 25, 2014, at Sparkman Hillcrest's Mausoleum Library.
She was born May 15, 1924, in Seoul, Korea. Her father was S. M. Park and her mother was S. N. Kang. .
She immigrated to the United States via Kauai, Hawaii in 1974. Then in 1982, she moved to Dallas with her son's family.
She spent her life dedicated to her family and raising her son, Ahn, daughter, and all eight of her grandchildren.
Prior to her passing, she was very pleased to know about the birth of her great grandson Kaikaina Ingram, son of Otis Ingram, Jr. and happily anticipated the April 2014, birth of her future great grandson, son of Levi Kalani Ingram. In addition, her family was planning a jubilant 90th birthday for her in May 2014.
Mrs. Ok Sun Kim is survived by her son, daughter, and their respective families which include: 4 granddaughters, Kathy Ragragola , Karen Robinson, and S. S. Kim; 4 grandsons, Otis Ingram, Jr., Levi Kalani Ingram, and Douglas Eun Kim; 2 great granddaughters, Iana Robinson; and 5 great grandsons, Caleb Kim, Caleb Nainoa Robinson, Keahi Ingram, and Kaikaina Ingram.
She was preceded in death by her husband, B. S. K., but her love for their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren fueled and nurtured the longevity of her life.
