

For 41 years, Paul worked as a project manager for GW Vines, where he was respected for his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment. His reliability and steady guidance left a lasting impression on colleagues and friends throughout his long career.
At home, Paul found joy in gardening and home projects, always taking pride in creating, building, and nurturing the things he cared about. His hands were rarely still, and his work—both at home and in life—reflected his quiet determination and generous spirit.
Paul is survived by his beloved life partner, Dora Lopez; his daughters Julia Casanova and Nadia Lockwood; his sons-in-law Juan Casanova and William Lockwood; and his step-son Eric Lopez. He was a devoted grandfather to 14 grandchildren and a proud great-grandfather to 7 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother Michael Torbellin, sister-in-law Maria Torbellin; his sister Teresa Cervantes, his brother-in-law Jesse Cervantes Sr and his sister Rita Torbellin; and numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his father Paul Ramirez Sr.; his mother Amparo Torbellin; his step-father Joe Torbellin Sr.; his brother Joe Torbellin Jr.; and his step-son Ricky Lopez Jr..
Paul will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to family, his generosity, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held at Gonzalez Funeral Home, located at 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas, 75247, on December 14, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, located at 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas, 75220, on December 15, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, Texas, 75220, on December 15, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
