Pedro was raised in Valle Hermoso, Tamps. He married San Juana Perez-Soria in 1955 and the couple had seven children. He was a street foreman for the City of Dallas where he worked for more than fifteen years.
In his spare time, Pedro enjoyed playing his guitar, music, traveling, enjoying time with his family and grandchildren.
His family and friends will always remember him as a loving, caring person who went out of his way to help those in need. His family always came first.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Sebastian and Ascension; his first-born, Francisco; two brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by his loving wife, San Juana, Yolanda Puente, Jaime Becerra, Diana Becerra, Hector Becerra, Isabel Becerra, Pedro Becerra Jr.; grandchildren, Carlos, Jose Luis, Cecilia, Alejandro and Eric; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
A rosary for Pedro will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home and Crematory, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. A visitation will occur Tuesday, July 12, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. A mass of christian burial will occur Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Calvary Hill North Chapel, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220. An interment will occur Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220.
