He was the former owner and operator of Starlight Video, a specialty store for foreign films and hard to find videos.
He is survived by his loving wife Lotty Repp Casillas and extended family.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, June 28, 2024 at Hillcrest Memorial Park followed by a reception at Temple Emanu-El.
