He came to Yonkers, New York and was later joined by his wife and 4 of his children. He worked 3 jobs at first to support his family before he started his job with the City of Yonkers.
He moved the family to Dallas, Texas where he worked as a tow truck driver with the City of Dallas until he reached retirement age.
He will be missed by his family members, and his friends. May the Lord have mercy on his soul.
A funeral service will be held at Singing Hills Funeral Home, located at 6221 University Hills Boulevard, Dallas, Texas, 75241. The service is scheduled for December 19, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
Following the funeral service, a committal service will take place at Laurel Land Memorial Park, 6300 South R.L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas, 75232, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am on the same day.
Philip Habib Tannous will be laid to rest at Laurel Land Memorial Park, located at 6300 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas.
