I would like to express my sincere condolences to the entire Martinez family during this incredibly difficult time. I had a wonderful time working with Poncho at The Container Store.  He was always willing to help anyone at anytime with a big friendly smile. He's the kind of person this world needs more of. We will all miss him.

The memories he left us will live in our hearts forever. Such a kind and gentle soul that has been called home too soon.

We will all miss you, Poncho, but we will miss you with a smile on our faces for the joy you brought us every day.

My deepest and heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Martinez Family during this most unbearable time of grief. I had the honor and pleasure of working with Poncho for over nineteen years. All of Poncho's friends and coworkers at The Container Store are in shock at the passing of such a wonderful and thoughtful person as was Poncho. Poncho was well known for his friendly smile and his contagious enthusiasm. What made Poncho so well loved and respected was his unselfish character and respect he showed to everyone. I shall always remember his warm smile and and his trademark jovial "Good Morning Everyone" greeting. So long my friend, I will miss you.

I am so very sorry.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  Poncho was an inspiration to so many people!  I will miss him very much.

Poncho made work fun.  He'll be greatly missed.  My sincere sympathies to his family.
