Richard Ware Burch, Jr. passed away at the age of 86 in Naples, Florida on September 28, 2015. Richard is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara, three children, Rick Burch, Rebecca Melton, Britt Burch, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Richard, an avid car racing fan, was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 19, 1929 and lived most of his adult life in Dallas. Richard retired from Cranston Print Works in 1994. His later years were spent on Marco Island, Florida where he enjoyed gardening and time at the beach.
A Graveside Service is scheduled for 10:00 am on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, 7405 W. Northwest Hwy., Dallas, TX. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home.
