Rick Stephen Brashear, born on March 27, 1945, passed away peacefully in his home on February 9, 2026, at the age of 80. He was a resident of Dallas, Texas. His life revolved around the ones he loved. He was a proud father, grandfather, husband and brother and deeply loved his family. He could fix and repair anything, loved music and enjoyed a good cup of coffee. He loved the teachings of the Bible and was well versed in the scriptures. He had a lifelong passion for Ham radio and held the highest class license available; Amatuer Extra Class, K5IAR. He will be severely missed. We will be having an intimate family only graveside service.
