Roberto B. Gabriel, 83, went to his heavenly home on July 17, 2014. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, will be dearly missed. He leaves behind a legacy of perseverance, love and family unity.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Raymunda Gabriel and his siblings, Roberta, Fortunata, Erasmo and Filomena Gabriel.
Roberto will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Luzmila; children, Maruja and her husband David, Edith Gabriel-Rodriguez and her husband Steven, Arthur and wife, Anna, Richard and partner, Matthew, and Daniel and his wife, Donna; grandchildren, Cesar Davila and wife, Lesia, Marcos Davila and fiancé, Tracy, Krysta Davila and wife, Lucia, Michael Rodriguez, Cayce Rodriguez, Crystal Perez, Josette Perez, and Demi Perez; great-grandchildren, Ashlen Davila, Cesar Davila and Ayden Paul Biscarro-Davila, and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends during a visitation on Monday, July 21, 2014 from 4-8p.m. with a Rosary beginning at 6p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cathedral Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 2215 Ross Ave., Dallas, TX 75201. Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
