Of Dallas,Tx. Passed away April 3, 2016. Born May 23, 1926 in Marquez, Tx. to Francisca Tovar and George Hernandez. Rosa is proceeded in death by her husband, Panfilo Saucedo, granddaughter Leona Ybarra and great granddaughter Ariel Ybarra. She is survived by her 4 sons Fernando, Alfredo, Antonio, Rudolph Saucedo and 2 daughters Mary S. Riggs and Gloria A. Rangel, Son inlaws, Spencer Riggs Jr., and Steve Rangel. 18 grand children, 40 great grand children and 7 great great grand children. Rosa was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her children, family, and friends. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. Thursday April 7th 2016.
