Rosalie Mo-Ching Leung Yap, 90, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2020, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on October 17, 1929, in Hong Kong to Leung Sai-Wing and Chung Sui-Lan. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Dr. Paul Pow-Law Yap, and her brother Allen Chi-Luen Leung. She will be missed by her children Emily Yap Kwauk and her husband Walter, Benjamin Yap and his wife Debra, Andy Yap and his wife Andrea, her grandchildren Sabrina Kwauk Sloman and her husband Dave, Brandon Yap, Cameron Yap, and great-granddaughter Vivi Sloman.
Rosalie was an entrepreneur and had various business interests including real estate development. She enjoyed throwing dinner parties to bring people together. Friends admire her grace and elegance.
She had lived in Hong Kong and Canada. She and her husband Paul moved to Dallas in 1996.
