I will always have fond memories of Rosalie. She was very generous and kind to her doctors and health care professionals. You could never turn down the  yearly invitation to her Christmas dinner party-they were so much fun. It was a pleasure to have known during the time she lived in Dallas.

I am very sorry for your loss. I was in the process of sending Rosalie my annual Christmas card when  I learned of her passing  last year. I was privileged to be part of her medical team for many years. Her Christmas dinner parties were legendary but her year 2000 New Years event will always be remembered as a special night. Rosalie was a incredible friend with such fabulous style! From her Chanel clothing, her beautiful home  with her famous dinner parties, she was gracious, charming,  so very kind & loving! I cherish my many memories of  beautiful & gracious Rosalie. I’ll miss  her, she was truly a grand lady & I’ll always treasure our times together ❤️

The siblings of the Yeung family have wonderful memories of Rosalie and her special friendship with our mother.  Rosalie was full of goodness.  She commanded respect from all of us.  

My most memorable times with Rosalie, cousin Paul and family were the countless evenings at their Montreal residence that was within walking distance from my home.

Rosalie was kind and generous.  I will miss her.

Rosalie has been my best friend since knowing each other in university more than 70 years ago. We shared many fond memories of our youth and later lives. I admired her beauty, charm, intelligence and elegance. I was the maid of honour in her and Paul's wedding -- see photo, and became godmother to Emily, their first born child. She will always remain beautiful in my mind, in every way, and I shall miss her dearly

When I was growing up in Hong Kong, I visited Dr. Paul Pow-law Yap's clinic often. In the cold wet winter months of Hong Kong, I often caught some sort of cold. I usually got a shot in my butt and I would be fine the next day. Dr. Paul and Rosalie, who are my grand uncle and aunt,  have always been kind to me and my family. I still have vivid and fond memories of them welcoming us when we visited them during many Chinese New Years. Of course, I got to sample all sorts of sweets during the visit. That was over 50 years ago. May she rest in peace.

Regret to learn that my grand aunt Rosalie Yap is no longer with us. I still remember much fond memory of her and my grand uncle Dr. Paul Yap back in the fifties and sixties when I was living with my father (Yip Peng-Kai), mother (Linda Yip), brother (Wai-Ki) and sister (Fiona Yip (Li)) in Hong Kong.
