He was born in Lajas, Puerto Rico on November 25, 1922.
Santos was married to Maria Musalem on January 11, 1975.
He was a City Councilman for Ponce, Puerto Rico and had a passion for helping the working class people.
Santos is survived by his children, Mariel Silva, Patrice Silva, David Silva and Olga Silva; grandchildren, Eddie Jorge Santiago, Eddie Jaffe and Santiago Matthew Silva, Logan Silva, Paola Herrera and great grandchild, Isabela Santiago.
A visitation for Santos will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home, 10501 Garland Road, Dallas, TX 75218. A rosary will occur Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at St Bernard Catholic Church, 1404 Old Gate Ln, Dallas, TX 75218. A mass will occur Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at St Bernard Catholic Church, 1404 Old Gate Ln, Dallas, TX 75218.
