Mr. Severiano Santos Martinez Jr., 53, of Dallas, Texas passed away on July 1, 2015. Severiano a beloved husband, father and friend, was always described as generous and caring. He was a loving father that was easy going and was always willing to lend an ear to anyone. His favorite pastime was anything that allowed him to spend time with his family. He was always willing to give and share his time for those he loved. His family will much remember how forgiving he was and how he seldom held a grudge. He leaves behind a united family that will forever cherish beautiful memories of laughter and good times spent with Severiano.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Theresa Martinez; Children, Sophia Valdez and her husband, Marcos, Michael and his wife, Venissa, Jessica Sanchez, Nicolas Martinez, and Staci Martinez; Granchildren, Michael Martinez, Jr. and David Martinez; brothers and sisters, Annette Diaz, Frank Martinez, Gigi Reyes, Charles Martinez, Gabriel Martinez, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister, Stephanie Estrada, mother, Jessie Estrada, and father, Severiano Santos Martinez, Sr.
The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel. A Remembrance service will be held at 7p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:00a.m. at the Calvary Hill Mausoleum North Chapel . Interment will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
