Ginny was such a special member of the Hermitage High School Class of '59. We all looked forward to seeing each other at our class reunions and sharing funny stories of the past and continuing to make plans for the future.

Dear Mary

My condolences to you and your family on the loss of your mother.  I pray that you will all pull together and make it through this very hard time. I lost my mom and dad many years ago now but still miss them every day. I am thinking back on Dallas days and remember you lost your father when we were in Junior year.  Your grace and ability to hold up impressed me so much.  At this moment have had a visit from Genie Sundquist with her family here in Barcelona Spain.   It's great to see her and remember those times and celebrate our enduring friendship !  The poem you put on FB was beautiful.  Thinking of you .

To Lloyd, Mary, Shane, Paul and Ginny's beloved granddaughters-We are so Blessed that our daughter had Ginny as her Mother-in-law and we remember the times that we spent with her with love and joy. This wonderful lady will be sorely missed but we all can be comforted by the knowledge that we will see her again someday.

I will miss this precious woman so much. I had the blessing of meeting her 20 years ago as she began this cancer journey that I had already started. I had been in the bone marrow transplant unit 6 months earlier and tried to be a smiling face with encouraging words and prayers as she traveled this path. She and I attended bone marrow transplant reunions and celebrations of our survivorship. It will be very difficult to go to more in the future without my sister in this journey.
