William Eugene Teter. Born October 2, 1939 in Dallas, passed away October 4, 2014. A fourth generation Dallas native and lifelong White Rock resident. Graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and North Texas State University. Served in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves. His professional career was spent in manufacturing management since the 1960's with Texas Instruments, from which he retired several years ago. Survived by his wife, Rhonda Teter, two adult children from a previous marriage; two step-children; brother, Al Teter; sisters, Susan Masters and Betsy Harris; cousins, Gene Teter, Ross Teter, Jack Teter and Gail Gardner, all Dallas and White Rock/Lakewood natives. He is preceded in death by his father William Alvin Teter, Sr. and mother Gladys Teter Hines.
