My parents and your parents was good friends when we was younger.They met when they lived in Houston,Tx.I don’t remember a whole lot about your father,but I do remember him and your being such a kind person.I even flew down to Dallas when I was about 7 or 8 and stayed for a few days with your parents and you guys.My mom always stayed contacted with your mom.

Mr. Walker was a GREAT #GirlDad & A Wonderful Husband to Mrs. Paulette Walker. He was always so Nice and Kind to me and all of our friends. He was the kind of Dad that any girl would love to have. I always referred to him as "Big Buck Chuck" to Monique. He kept them in nice cars and I loved his Yellow Mustang. He often let Mo drive us around in it. He will forever live in our hearts, thoughts, and memories. Continued Prayers for the entire family.

Over the years I’ve watched and admired Mr. Chuck as a great father to my 3 really good friends, but more like my sisters - Monique. Trimika and Trina.  He always had a friendly wave and caring words to follow. He was the leader and rock at the Walker household on our street, Wren Way.  I know that he is sitting high looking down on his family everyday still protecting them as he always did. He will truly be missed.

Mr.  Chuck was the father most girls without wished they had.  As a longtime friend of his daughter Monique, we loved to go visit with them and just sit and talk.  Always enjoyed their hospitality. You will be missed.

I will remember Mr. Chuck as a devoted, husband and father who adored his wife and daughters. We all used to say we wish we had a Dad like Mr. Chuck and how blessed Monique and her sisters were. He was a great example of how a man should treat and love his family, may he rest in heavenly peace. My sincerest condolences to the family and I will keep you all lifted in my prayers. Mr. Walker or The Chuckster as I called you was an amazing Man and Father. I met Patrina in August 1990  at Health Magnet and we instantly became sisters. Her family welcomed me in and over the years.   I saw a lot of my dad in The Chuckster which made me love him even more. He would ask and want to know what you had going on and what would the outcome be. He wanted the best for us even though we weren’t his children, he just loved who his daughters loved. You don’t run across that to often these days. He helped raise some wonderful self sufficient daughters. He was very wise, a jokester, mentor and a man that got the respect, flowers and love while he was here.  I will miss him dearly and will always have Mrs. Paulette, Monique, Trimika and Trina in my daily prayers and thoughts. May God give you all comfort, understanding and strength in the midnight hour and days, weeks and years to come.   I’m honored to say I know/knew him.  Rest in Heaven Mr. Walker. 

My Godfather was always providing necessary knowledge that I hold in my heart today. Chuck was one of the strong male presence I needed when my father passed away. Chuck was never a man to mince words & give the best hugs. Thank you for blessing my life with your antidotes & much needed words of encouragement. I will love you into eternity. I’ll never say goodbye, but see ya later.

Words can’t express how much I miss you! I miss seeing you every day, hearing  your voice and talking to you every day.  However, I know we all have to transition one day, but my heart is soooo heavy. Thank you for cheering me up whenever down, fussing at me whenever wrong, spoiling me when I wanted, encouraging me and most of all.... helping me raise my children the way you raised us.  I am forever grateful that GOD blessed me with a strong, smart, caring, hip/cool and about that business kind of daddy!

Whew!! This is a hard one to digest! You’ve always prepared us to face obstacles head on and if we needed assistance to call you. Now that you are no longer here “Who do I call?”  I’ve thought long and hard about that since your transition and concluded that I will call on the lessons you instilled in us and use those as my guide... 
*Always do your best (You must TRY it at least once...how are you going to know if you like it or if you’re good at it if you don’t TRY!)
*Respect others (Give it, but get it too!) 
*Help others (If you are able to, do it)
*Family first (Your sisters are all you got, you 3 stick together...No matter what!!!)

These are just a FEW in the ‘playbook’ of life you shared with us. Daddy, I MISS you dearly and my heart grieves with this loss. You were the first MAN to love me, display that love, and mold my idea of what I wanted (you know me...um, required) from a mate. I LOVE YOU DADDY!! Rest easy and see ya when HE calls my name.

Mr. Chuck not only welcomed me into his family with open arms, but he considered me a “bonus daughter.” Trina & I have been best friends since 1994 & there has never been a time I didn’t truly feel welcomed & loved when in his presence. He always told me that his home was my home & I know he meant every word he said. I will forever hold on to the memories we shared & alllllllllll the advice he has given me over the years. He lived a good life & he was a very well respected man who ALWAYS took great care of his family. He was the best #GirlDad & I know his legacy will live on forever! I LOVE YOU MR. CHUCK

“Chuck” was such a special gentleman, and truly a “gentle” man....he always brought a smile to my face because he always had one on his face...he could brighten any day with his positive attitude towards life and his work...he will not be forgotten...I, and soooooo many others,  “LUV’d” him!

I had the joy of working with Chuck on the Southwest Airlines ticket counter in Dallas.  Chuck was always smiling and caring and took such great care of my parents when they flew in from Chicago to visit me! My sweet Chicago friend, your making heaven shine brighter! To the Family Of Chuck,I worked with him at Southwest airlines.. My family are extending our heartfelt condolences  for your loss..Chuck was beloved by so many of Us Swa Ticket Agents.  Chuck was a shining example of Swa..He was a hardworker and such a gentleman..Long afterwards my family transferred to Alabama, we would exchange Christmas cards until i missplaced his address. Again We are sorry for your loss❤💙💛

I worked with chuck at swa in the Dallas station for years. Chuck you were always loved and respected by many. You were kind and thoughtful I’ll never forget when my son was young he loved Michael Jordan and wanted to see the Bulls play in person. Not only were Tickets expensive but hard to come by. Chuck found a way. He gave me 2 tickets for my young son and I ! My son still remembers that special occasion today ! Chuck you will be missed but never forgotten and I will find comfort in my precious memories working together.
