Carol was born on November 28, 1954 in the Bronx, NY to the late Michael and Ellen Jajko. She was predeceased by her husband Robert. Additionally, she was predeceased by her partner Bob (Perillo).
Carol was a dedicated and valued administrative assistant at IBM, where she worked for over 40 years until her retirement 10 years ago when she began taking care of her mother full time. Known for her gentle spirit, unwavering kindness, and deep devotion to her loved ones, she touched the lives of many. Carol was a steadfast friend and someone whose presence brought comfort and warmth wherever she went.
Carol will be deeply missed by her loving family. She is survived by her sister Ellen and her husband Jerry, her brother Michael and his wife Joan, her niece Kathleen and her husband Liam, her stepdaughter Olivia (Perillo) and her husband Freddie. She is also remembered fondly by many cherished cousins and friends.
Her constant companions, Gemma the bulldog and her most treasured cat Oreo, brought her comfort and joy.
Carol was known for her love of QVC, especially enjoying episodes of In the Kitchen with David. She had a passion for cooking and always found joy in preparing meals and spending time with those she loved most.
Visitation will be held by the family at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St. Danbury, on Friday June 6, 2025 from 4pm to 7pm., where a funeral service will be held at 6 pm.
Burial will be held at St. Raymond's Cemetery in the Bronx.
