I had the pleasure of meeting Elmer, when I taught his children at the Bethel Middle School.  He volunteered to talk to the students during Career Day, offering us all his professional expertise. Elmer was hard working family man, an asset to the community.  As a fellow Navy Vet, I wish Elmer Fair Winds and Following Seas.
