Kathy was born in Waterbury, CT, a daughter of the late Charles Anson and Alberta Bronson Coe. She grew up on Transylvania Road in Woodbury on the family farm. In 1948 she entered Nursing School at White Plains Hospital and became a Registered Nurse working at Danbury Hospital and Phelps Memorial Hospital in Tarrytown, NY. Kathy was an avid fan of Danbury High School football, where her four sons played on the team in the late 70’s and 80’s. Kathy and her husband, Tom, could be often seen cheering in the stands at all of the home games. She loved her quiet moments in her flower garden and playing the keyboard. Kathy also worked for the Danbury News-Times during the 80’s and 90’s. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
Kathy was predeceased by her husband, Tom. She is survived by her six children: Sheri Ramsdell and Paul of Cutchogue, NY; Tom Jr. and his wife, Kim, of Hermon, ME; Christine Lawlor and her husband, Jim, of Danbury; Daniel and his wife, Lisa, of Fort Mill, SC; Michael and his wife, Valerie, of Grafton, MA and Robert and his wife, Jennifer, of Danbury.
