Michael was born in Danbury, son of the late Lawrence and Marie (Palanzo) Testani. He attended Danbury schools and was self employed.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Jennifer Testani, of Brookfield and son Daniel Testani and wife Kerry, of Palm Harbor, FL, three grandchildren: Yale Smith, Michael Testani and Caitlin Testani, one brother, John Testani and wife Martha, of Danbury, three sisters: Josephine Hipp and husband Kenneth, of New Milford, Annamarie Williams and husband Tom, of Danbury and Sandra Testani, of Valatie, NY, as well as several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church, Brookfield, on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery. Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Thursday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
