

Born in Brooklyn NY, the son of the late Charles Pieper and Helen Kelsch and step-son to the late John (Pop Pop) Tibbetts.
He was employed by Duracell Products in Bethel, until his retirement in 1988 and in his spare time he enjoyed his aquarium, gardening, fishing at East Lake and his beloved cats, Koko and Kramer. He always kept the family warm on cold winter nights with a fire in the family home.
His life passion was Geraldine, his wife of nearly 53 years, his four daughters: Laura, Cindy, Debbie and Emma and his eight grandchildren: Jennifer, Justin, Amanda, Nicole, David, Antonio, Jeremia and Kaylee. He is also survived by his brother Charles Pieper, of NJ.
Green Funeral Home 57 Main St. Danbury, is in charge of the cremation. There are no calling hours.
