Bob was born on August 15, 1939 in Auburn, NY to the late Charles and Ellen McKeon. He graduated from Auburn High School in 1957 and St. Bonaventure University in 1961, receiving a Bachelor’s in Business. Robert served in the United States Army, 76th Field Artillery Regiment.
Bob was a devoted father, friend and grandfather. Always possessing a smile and a laugh, Bob lit up every room he entered. He was always the life of the party and would help anyone in need. He was most proud of his two boys and his grandchildren.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by two sons, Kevin C. McKeon and his wife Heather of Needham, Massachusetts and Brian D. McKeon and his partner Brendon Phalen of New York, New York; two grandchildren, Finlay and Addison McKeon, and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Joseph McKeon.
His funeral mass will be held on Saturday December 1, 2018 at 10:00AM in St. Mary’s Church, 783 Dartmouth Street, S. Dartmouth, MA 02748. Burial is private. Arrangements are in the care of WARING-SULLIVAN HOME at DARTMOUTH, 230 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, MA 02748.
