Alice May DeBaie

DEBAIE, Alice May- 87 of Dartmouth passed away peacefully with her loving husband by her side on July 9, 2017 in the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Grand River, NS she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Viola (Frasher) MacLeod. Alice always enjoyed going back to her homestead to visit her brothers in Cape Breton. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Raymond, daughter; Janet (Steve) Moores, grandchild; Corey Poirier, brothers; Robert MacLeod, Alexander MacLeod and Frederick Sampson, sister; Rose Sampson; great-grandson, Ethan. She was predeceased by brothers; Daniel A. MacLeod and Daniel J. MacLeod and sister; Bertha. No visitation by request a Mass of Christian burial will take place at 11am Monday July 17, in Saint Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 15 Caledonia Road, Father Toochukwo Okafor officiating, Burial to take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Dartmouth General Hospital Foundation.
