Wright, Ashley Dwayne age 47 of Halifax passed away peacefully with family on June 3, 2021 at the QE II Health Center. He was a loving son, father, grandfather, nephew, brother cousin and friend.
Ashley loved music, dancing and family gatherings. He was very kind hearted and a guardian angel to some.
Ashley is survived by twins boys, Nathan Johnson of Dartmouth, Devon Johnson and granddaughter Aaliyah of BC; brothers, Anton Wright (Janet) of Halifax and Adrain Wright of BC. He was a special brother to Angelo Wright, Jermaine Wright, Dèwon Wright, Quentin Wright, Michael Wright. Special sisters, Venessa Wright and Vatice Wright of Ontario. Also survived by his God Parents, Marven and Valenteen Smith as well as many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
He was predeceased by his mother, Ann Wright, his father, Lester Simmonds, grandparents, William “Bill” and Clara Wright and Gilbert Sr. and Inez Simmonds as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
