Still hard to believe he is gone, I can still hear his voice and see his smile.

I didn't know Bernie but heard so much about him and I know he was a well like person,great dad and husband,my condolence to all the family and may God give you all the strength to ease your pain and to keep all the good memories alive,he was my second cousin and wish I had gotten to know him better,RIP Bernie and I'm sure your up there with your Mom,Grandmother,Aunts,Uncles,and your adorable Niece Pam.

Bernie was and is a good man, and he's watching over you now Jen. Take care of yourself.

We lost a true "original" but the world is a better place for having known Bernie. I always enjoyed his sense of humor, quick wit and most of all his courage. He is an inspiration to all who were lucky enough to have known him.

Hello  to  the  family of the  later Bernard  Arsenault.   I  was so sorry to learn of  Bernie`s passing,  Bernie has a  smile that  would make anyone  smile.  He  was  funny  with his  jokes and always made so many  feel better after  talking to  him. He was a treasure to know and I know he will be  missed.  His memory will  go  on. If  anyone knew Bernie,,the first thing  they would  say  or should I say,,They  would   say many  fond  things  of  Bernie.  He was kind,and like  I said a kind hearted man.  Rest in Peace Bernie.  You will be missed. Thank You for making me   laugh. Thank You  for being a  friend  to all.  Rest  well dear  friend.

I have some great memories of Bernie from the years we spent working together at TCC. He was a great employee and a loyal friend. I enjoyed our lunches together at Hella's restaurant and his quick wit. He was the deal maker, the king of the $500 loan - it saddens me to hear of his passing. Sending our deepest condolences to the family.

Bernie... thank you for making me laugh.  Thank you for making me think about public events in different ways than the most obvious.  Thank you for showing me courage.  Thank you for loving my friend with your whole heart.  But most of all thank you for teaching me not to take life for granted.  Rest well my friend.  Go Leafs Go!

Time can pass us by so quickly, a blink of an eye and it is gone. Your quick whit and sense of humor will never be forgotten. Rest well Bernie - your legacy and memory will continue well into the future.

Bernie was so very very  happy because he found his sole mate.

I guess none of us ever think our time will come, and maybe Bernie woke some of us up to that possibility, and helped to make us treasure what's left just a little bit more. For me, I have fond memories of Bernie's "take-no-guff" attitude, and his total inability to turn up a chance at a pun, no matter how awful. You were a such a fun part of the emotional roller coaster that is high school, Bernie, and for that I thank you.
