Dear Carole and family,  I’m so sorry to hear of Doug’s passing.   I have many great memories of my years at Brightwood and amongst them are those of Doug.  I could count on seeing Doug, just before noon,  every weekday.  He would always drop in the office for a little visit and a flash of that cheery smile.  There was not a Christmas that would go by without a tin of Quality Streets delivered by Doug to the office girls.  His kindness and friendliness were not forgotten nor was that mischievous twinkle in his eye.   Take care, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of  you for the loss of your very loved Doug.
