Elizabeth Frances Strowbridge of Dartmouth, NS passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025 at Dartmouth General Hospital.
Born in Grand Bank Newfoundland.
Frances was known for her sense of humour and a good friend to all.
Survived by her daughter Jenelle Strowbridge (Adam Gray), Brother Carl Buffett (Ruth), Sisters Sheila West, Athea Grandy, Phyllis Price (Bert) and many nephews and nieces.
Predeceased by her loving husband Clayton Strowbridge and her parents Reginald and Florence. Buffett also by her Brothers Hubert (Jean), George, Clyde and Cyril Buffett.
There will be a private burial at a later date.
