Thanks so much to Mum’s many friends whose kindness brought great joy to her life, she loved you all! Thank you also to the staff and residents of Oakwood Terrace for the care and friendship over the last 10 months. Mum worked for many years at Eaton’s, Fisher Scientific & Carrier as a secretary. She loved to travel, always up for an adventure, she loved gatherings for special occasions and family visits, always welcoming everyone with open arms. Music had a special place in her heart. She had been an active member of the Church of Saint Andrew, Cole Harbour, Shannon Chapter of the IODE and the Senior Centre on Ochterloney Street.
Arrangements have been entrusted to A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street, Dartmouth.
