Gail Louise Fudge

She was the daughter of Alice and Chester Elliott of New Ross.

Gail leaves behind daughter Darlene Richard (Michel), son Sheldon (Paulette), brothers John Elliott(Judy) and Mark Elliott (Carole), grandchildren Tiffany (Aaron), Taryn, Brenton, and Tessa, nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by friends Christine, George, Nancy, Corrine and her special friend Don.

Gail got her teaching degree in 1952 in Truro.

The majority of her career was spent as a primary teacher at Chester Basin Elementary.

For many years, before and after retirement, Gail enjoyed traveling with a group of teachers, exploring Europe, Australia, and other parts of the globe.

She was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star since 1964.

We are very grateful to the staff at Ocean View Manor for the excellent care they provided Gail during her stay.

An Eastern Star service will be held to honor her life on November 28th at 11 am. at the A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland St. Dartmouth with refreshments to follow. All welcome to attend.
