Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Mrs Stallard was my elementary school teacher at Sainte-Foy Elementary school in Quebec City during the late seventies. Imagine my surprise when Mrs and Mr Stallard became our next door neighbours in Nova Scotia a few years later. Heather and Ron were always there for our milestones as a young couple. She will be missed.

Our warm thoughts are with you Ron. We have a very pleasant memory of our dinner with you and Heather late last August at one of your favourite Italian restaurants. Heather was so lovely and easy to talk with it felt like we'd known her forever.

Mrs. Stallard was my Grade. 2 teacher back in 2002. As a student, I loved her stories that she would read to us, our animal research project, and I just remember being so excited to go to school. As I grew up, I learned to appreciate how much she wanted her students to succeed and to always show their best effort. When I left the school, I would look forward to returning to visit; even after many years she always remembered my name, further showing how she sincerely cared for her students. I have recently become a teacher myself and hope to share those same qualities in my career. Thank you, Mrs. Stallard, for being a teacher that the education system needed. My condolences to the family.

Heather was a very special cousin to me. she was more like a sister to me.The passing of Heather has left our family in total shock and deeply saddened.Heather and I shared many happy memories over the years. We both enjoyed many of the same things.like shopping jewelry.good food and cats.
We shared recipe's good or bad, and laughed when they didn't turn right. One of our fondest memories of Heather was sailing on the Bluenose out of Halifax. Heather ,Ron Leo, Delores and my daughter Lori were petrified when the sails went up, and the ship leaned over, we all thought that we would end up in the ocean. We all ended up getting soaked. Even as we were still nervous, myself and Heather still pointed out the cute sailors to my daughter Lori.We laughed and had a great time. Our hearts our broken and she will be truly missed Our thoughts are with Ron at this very difficult time.R.I.P. Heather We will miss you
